I love the job itself, but decisions in normal operations have led to a 50% dip in how much money I make doing it. I will leave soon if things don't improve.

Everybody generally helps each other.

One of the managers I still work with interviewed me. She's the best!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding how their decisions effect each member of their store teams. What looks good on paper is not always good for your store and employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper-leadership has forgotten or never knew what it is to actually work IN the store. Their decisions are based from numbers on papers. They need to actually talk to the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every month leadership makes decisions that further impact my pay in a negative way. I used to love my job. I made enough money. Now I am left struggling to pay my basic bills each month.
