When you have a solid team and rules are enforced fairly and equally, and those in positions of leadership act professionally things go great. It can be a casual enjoyable experience. But one bad manager easily destroys a whole team. Turn over rates are high and satisfaction is low.

getting paid and going home.

Less gossip, favoritism, general unprofessionalism.

Better options for health care. Discounted car insurance options/deals for drivers etc.

I spoke w/ the franchise owner personally to get hired rather than the managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
when you have a good team things go great, but that unfortunately isn't the case.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better communication and more professionalism. There is a lot of toxic traits to the work environment.
