I came from a small company that I was a principal investor of. Working for a large public company brings with it politics and pressure to "beat the street" quarterly that seems to sometimes cause us to behave in ways that are not good long term.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work harder than any executive team I've ever seen.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There seems to be a lot of anxiety and tension and fear of "messing up" and that creates paralysis that I think adversely impacts performance.
