My immediate supervisor is always telling us when we’ve exceeded her expectations or complimen
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It definitely makes it easier to be a working mom being able to use the PTO that I accrue, to cover things like attending my son?
What did you like most about the interview process?
Although it may seem intimidating, I did like that I interviewed with more than one person at the same time. There was a much better flow to conversation and you can get a real feel for the management and staff interviewing you.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel as though my work makes a difference for the patient, even though often times the patient has no idea the work I did you get their procedure/test approved. I take my job seriously and hold myself accountable for the outcome of my work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are 2-3 women in each department that try to establish dominance and a proverbial pecking order. I have witnessed multiple occasions that they have belittled and bullied coworkers to the point of tears or leaving the department. Supervisors have done nothing about several complaints.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Visiting and attempting to have open communication with the administrative and patient driven facilities. Speak to the hourly employees, not just management. Ask us what we think can be done to improve the work environment, work flow, how to be more efficient. Consider our suggestions and concerns.
