Supportive team members who make the day a bit better

The collaboration amongst my team is great and they’re always willing to hel

The team does their best with what resources and support they have from administration

We work well together, and quickly get over squables, rarely with management needed. Management acts as mediator not punisher when it is needed. My team is also all competent at their jobs.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers need to improve transparency and genuine collaboration. Currently, team dynamics are built on reporting each other rather than working together. An open, trust-based environment -- where employees aren’t pressured to monitor and undermine each other -- would make teamwork more effectiv

Stop talking about other people and about patients. Also going back to management and telling her everything.

Less drama, better teamwork, less micro managing

They need to learn their jobs and be allowed to focus on that rather than continuing with the disorder and lack of organization.

Not to be selfish. Listen better to one another

There are 2-3 women in each department that try to establish dominance and a proverbial pecking order. I have witnessed multiple occasions that they have belittled and bullied coworkers to the point of tears or leaving the department. Supervisors have done nothing about several complaints.
