What did you like most about the interview process?

Everyone seemed friendly and welcoming, but it was just a façade. Many employees likely tolerate the toxic culture because Geisinger is the main employer in the area. The false smiles and scripted positivity mask a work environment driven by fear, retaliation, and lack of real opportunity

Although it may seem intimidating, I did like that I interviewed with more than one person at the same time. There was a much better flow to conversation and you can get a real feel for the management and staff interviewing you.
