I like that as employees we are encouraged to volunteer at community events. I think it provides a good opportunity to grow closer as a community and as a team. I watch people get promoted from within the store a lot. It's refreshing to see the company keeping "the family" together like that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on Caring. Caring about each other, caring about our community and Customers and even making sure we're all caring for ourselves
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very comfortable relaxed interview. Just a friendly conversation and a Q&A session. Began and ended with a smile and a handshake.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows their job and they know each other's jobs. We know each other's strengths and weaknesses. So no matter who is on shift together, we already know who is doing what and when. We are a well oiled machine
What makes you most happy at work?
My regular customers. I've grown very fond of my customers. Some of them are in every day. I know their families, their birthdays one even got me a cupcake with a candle on it for My birthday because I happened to be on shift that night. My customers are awesome!
