This is a very unoragnized company but the expectations are low and work from home is flexible so it is a nice gap year job

Flexible hours, liberal work ethic (no one works)

They lied about bonus pay structure. Their tool to calculate my bonus was a $1500 discrepancy from the bonus i was paid which was lower...
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my colleagues lack drive and are pretty low IQ but this isnt an industry for genius level IQ like myself- this is my gal year job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fixing the actual problems the company and process has- they like to talk about covid, war, school shootings but fail to address pay discrepencies, broken lead gen tools, and dont know how to retain their top talent. Everyone leaves because they cant pay enough.
