Fixing the actual problems the company and process has- they like to talk about covid, war, school shootings but fail to address pay discrepencies, broken lead gen tools, and dont know how to retain their top talent. Everyone leaves because they cant pay enough.
Acknowledge ageism and weaknesses of low level management. Not a friendly place for workers over 40.

They lied about bonus pay structure. Their tool to calculate my bonus was a $1500 discrepancy from the bonus i was paid which was lower...
Bonus is built into quarterly pay. If you meet your targets your dragged down by business units thst dont.
Its pretty simple. The system all but blocks my ability to adjust my wage rate. This shoukd be fairly simple.

Stop micromanaging and having daily meetings discissing the same things.
Culture varies from team to team, but GLG does allow for many different initiatives and social happy hours which helps expand your understanding of market research beyond the silo of your team. Great DEI initiatives!
