What do you like best about the leadership team?
A team that is always critical and developing in order to build the company's progress together.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fixing the actual problems the company and process has- they like to talk about covid, war, school shootings but fail to address pay discrepencies, broken lead gen tools, and dont know how to retain their top talent. Everyone leaves because they cant pay enough.
Acknowledge ageism and weaknesses of low level management. Not a friendly place for workers over 40.
Cultivating a culture that rewards individuals and encourages long term commitment to the company
Actually listening to their employees and Council Members to better the company. Their metrics are never explained nor altered based on the high levels of turn over.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited pto, generous parental leave
Quality health and dental insurance
Benefits are great, pay is top percentage for job title.
The pay is high for the jobs that should be replaced by technology
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market rate, especially considering competitors.
They lied about bonus pay structure. Their tool to calculate my bonus was a $1500 discrepancy from the bonus i was paid which was lower...
Bonus is built into quarterly pay. If you meet your targets your dragged down by business units thst dont.
Its pretty simple. The system all but blocks my ability to adjust my wage rate. This shoukd be fairly simple.

Young smart people. Work environment is laid back
The best thing about GLG are the people you work with. The hiring team does a great job findings positive and curious folks. The people make GLG a great place to work.
Team work, supportive and understanding. Always willing to help.
The team is extremely friendly and collaborative
Good, humble and smart people make conversations a joy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my colleagues lack drive and are pretty low IQ but this isnt an industry for genius level IQ like myself- this is my gal year job
Stop micromanaging and having daily meetings discissing the same things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture varies from team to team, but GLG does allow for many different initiatives and social happy hours which helps expand your understanding of market research beyond the silo of your team. Great DEI initiatives!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diversity, appreciation of hard work and a better work life balance. Our job could easily be done remote to better service clients

Two rounds of interviews fast hiring process
Speaking with senior management during tge interview process.
That i spoke to people at higher roles in the company and not just recruiters
Interviewer is very informed. Questions are not meant to trip you up. You're encouraged to show off your passion projects.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Increase transparency about the actual roles and responsibilities of the position

I feel the work i do is meaningful
Coworkers are great, positive environment, and you get to see the real life impact of your work.
Unlimited paid time off is great
Working with my team lead, having flexibility in my schedule and being able to work from home or go into the office
interacting with my team is a very positive experience

Technology outdated and they cant afford Tech support
Long hours, repetitive tasks, no skills gained
