What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Culture varies from team to team, but GLG does allow for many different initiatives and social happy hours which helps expand your understanding of market research beyond the silo of your team. Great DEI initiatives!

So far Ok and not to much bad environment

working from home is allowed

Flexible hours, liberal work ethic (no one works)

Unlimited paid time off is abailable immediately.

Flexibility, positive culture, engaging and kind team mates

Very youthful company that has a relaxed vibe

Very relaxed environment. Great ideas often bubble straight to the top and the CTO really listens.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More diversity, appreciation of hard work and a better work life balance. Our job could easily be done remote to better service clients
