The culture is a bit toxic while the workers try their best in some quarters. The pm are petty and vindictive I've seen them conspire with other pm to freeze out partner companies who complain about their lack of communication. There are no true oversite within the company except to make you numbers

The basic understanding of the partner companies and to take ownership of their mistakes, instead of blaming everyone else.
