i have a great team behind me. the best part is if take a day off, my team easily covers me. not like other jobs where someone who have to cover a full shift or something. your team can handle things easily for you and you don't have to feel bad about taking a day off.

Goals are established, resources are provided and support from the top down is available to all. Granite being in business for 23 years, we have many teammates that have been here for more than 15 years, which speaks to the commitment for a positive and supportive culture

Good workers under appreciated and are continually receiving less and less, while the company makes more and more- They can have all the saving by shaving they want, it still does not cover the truth. Either the CEO is oblivious to this (he does work his tail off) or he is part of the problem
