Review from Operations Dept

Our leadership team motivates through innovation, takes customer feedback seriously with proven results.

caring, engaging, available, highly skilled, open door, demanding, high expectations, fun, listens, coachable and leads by example

i have had a few supervisors and have loved them all. all were willing to help me and then give me space if needed. respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. I know many people in upper management since I've worked here and all I feel I could walk into their office and chat with at any time.

Leaders here lead by example. No one is expected to put in the time, effort or resources that leaders haven't done themselves. They also teach anyone willing to ask how to be more productive and if needed the resources / team to create something to meet our goals

Review from Sales Dept

They lead from the front and by example. They expect nothing from you that they aren't willing to do themselves. Goes a long way to see people walk the walk instead of talk the talk.

Review from Sales Dept

Doesn't Micromanage and allows me the freedom to set up my day how I would like

Review from Sales Dept

Our CEO has a clear vision and the work ethic to bring it to life, all while staying true to the company’s philanthropic mission and committed to building a great cultur

Open to helping, resolving any issues, comfortable going to them with any questions. Looks to do team outings and get team members out of their comfort zone in a good way.

They are always there to help. My success is their success.

Review from Sales Dept

They lead by example. I have not been asked to work more or do different things than my leaders would do.

Holding themselves accountable. in an age most would pass the buck. our leaders take full responsibility. i admire that.

Very approachable and available to help when needed!

Transparency, we know where we stand as a company, weekly, quarterly and annually basis. There are no surprises in terms of where we stand financially as company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring about their employees and running meetings

Actually working and making an effort to help the sales team

Review from Sales Dept

Need to eliminate the bureaucratic infrastructure that has indirectly formulated. After being an employee there for a little over 13 years, after leaving, I noticed it is a huge company with a small private company persona. Some sales reps are treated like Gods, most sociably awkward.
