There is nothing positive about this companys culture. You are sitting in a grey cubicle. Clock in at 8 clock out at 5 you are a robot. They dont treat you like human beings.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Degraded by my managers while I was landing and managing household names. Quota is nearly impossible, 3-4 reps of 60+ will hit it per month

Less managerial topology and strict military guidelines. Also, stop hiring under qualified people and eliminate the "temp to perms". Just begin to directly hire talent and eliminate the 20 managers you have per Department. Also, have the VP's who yell and swear watch themselves. It will come back
