Almost 20yrs ago I started at Granite, my intentions were to stay no more than 3yrs. It's been Great to Grow with Granite throughout the Years. I can't wait to see where the next 20 years will take us.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This can be simply answered with Community First. Granite strives to support our communities on a weekly basis. whether it be financially or with our time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, we know where we stand as a company, weekly, quarterly and annually basis. There are no surprises in terms of where we stand financially as company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having the ability to invest/manage 50% of your Retirment investment fund yourself. Also, the yearly performance reviews with cost-of-living adjustments have been a great addition for all teammates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Daily and weekly collaboration, we learn from each other. we keep each other informed on how to be more effective and efficient at our jobs on a daily basis.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very clear and well organized. The recruiter was very informative and knowable of the i was interested. They also share the Company's Commitment to the community, I was very excited to learn about that.
