What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Open door policy, flexibility and lead by a variety individuals from many backgrounds and experience.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k match and ability to roll over PTO as well as the option to cash-out on PTO hours

What did you like most about the interview process?

Multiple rounds of interviews with various individuals, followed up with a day to shadow and get to know the team / culture. StartUp mentality and growth energy is very apparent during the interview process.

What makes you most happy at work?

The goals being defined but the freedom to adapt to the ever changing needed for our customers. Advocating on behalf of our customers while also being supportive from leadership and teammates across all departments gives everyone a sense on contribution.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Goals are established, resources are provided and support from the top down is available to all. Granite being in business for 23 years, we have many teammates that have been here for more than 15 years, which speaks to the commitment for a positive and supportive culture

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leaders here lead by example. No one is expected to put in the time, effort or resources that leaders haven't done themselves. They also teach anyone willing to ask how to be more productive and if needed the resources / team to create something to meet our goals
