This has been the worse work experience I have ever had.

Communicating and showing up to work on time.

Communicating important information throughout the office so that the agents can assist the residents and prospects reaching out to us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had almost no training for my position and am never at my home base in order to recieve any. My managers communication skills feel none existent, and more often than not I feel excluded and left in the dark.
