What is the best part about your compensation package?
free healthcare. I wish discounted rent was a bit more generous.

For the amount of work that is expected of me daily, as well as my qualifications and requirements for employment, I am extremely underpaid.

My community manager is nothing more than rewarding when deserved. My assistant manager is the best employee anyone could ask for. Her quality of work is so undervalued and she deserves so much more for what she does.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do an amazing job of connecting with residents, making it a pleasure to cross paths with them. The culture between my team and I is very well structured excludin my the existence of my community manager, who seems to delay all processes and lack satisfaction, due to her lack of presence
