Greystar is absolutely amazing. I have no problems with the company as a whole. My current manager, Destinee Price, is not the best boss to have. My precious was amazing. The only flaws with the company (and theyre so minor) are the limited holidays non-corporate employees get. Wish we were treated

They feel so authentic and motivating! Their powerful influence really works in getting you to be in the company's best interest.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my happy residents knowing they appreciate my presence and efforts! Touring a fun group of people is always a pleasure! Catching up with colleagues from different communities is always awesome as well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My community manager is nothing more than rewarding when deserved. My assistant manager is the best employee anyone could ask for. Her quality of work is so undervalued and she deserves so much more for what she does.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do an amazing job of connecting with residents, making it a pleasure to cross paths with them. The culture between my team and I is very well structured excludin my the existence of my community manager, who seems to delay all processes and lack satisfaction, due to her lack of presence
