I feel like I should be making more at this company for the amount of work I completed. Especially having had a college degree with experience.

I have been with the company several years and it is impossible to get a promotion unless you are personal friends with the corporate members. It is not what you know but who you know which is not the right way to do business

What are some of the best things about your team?
We do our meetings once a week and everyone has to provide some insight about the property or their roles. We also talk about how well the team is doing using the Kingsley report and what other ways we can super exceed the welcoming expectations.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They can work on creating a friendlier atmosphere for coworkers and residents. I had to leave because of the hostility.

The most positive aspect is how well we get along with each other

They should have a recruiter specifically for the role of interviewing and onboarding that is not biased

They need to focus on their people and less about profit. Happy workers will bring a better return on investment
