Their brand. But it is not followed by all communities but rather an interpretation of the brand by each member

They need to focus on their people and less about profit. Happy workers will bring a better return on investment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company several years and it is impossible to get a promotion unless you are personal friends with the corporate members. It is not what you know but who you know which is not the right way to do business
