They provide the tools for growth and help with the goals to move you up the ladder
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do our meetings once a week and everyone has to provide some insight about the property or their roles. We also talk about how well the team is doing using the Kingsley report and what other ways we can super exceed the welcoming expectations.
