What is the best part about your compensation package?

We get 6 weeks paid vacation after 5 years. We get a 6 week sabatical after 10 years and another every five years after.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Open communication, transparent and involved.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the amount of work that is expected of me daily, as well as my qualifications and requirements for employment, I am extremely underpaid.
