What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Respect and inclusion. Very diverse and transparent.

Leadership is very helpful. There is always someone there to help.

You are paid a competitive wage, bonuses and benefits are all above board.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I interviewed with my now manager and Regional Manager. Both were very open, friendly and our exchanges were seamless.

What makes you most happy at work?

I deal with tenants on a one on one basis. I help solve issues and it feels good to help people stay in their homes.

Open communication, transparent and involved.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the amount of work that is expected of me daily, as well as my qualifications and requirements for employment, I am extremely underpaid.
