Overall I appreciate the management team's effort on trying to set an above average bar for companies this size, and they also care about employees' need. There are more areas of improvement, but it's a positive working experience for me.

What makes you most happy at work?
Having conversations about ideas that makes the work space better, and collaborating with people from multiple teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have good intentions and want to encourage employment growth, and also seem to care about employment wellbeing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not all but some people care about the LGBTQ community, and we tried to bring the compassion into projects we work on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Once there is an expectation and clear goal set for each employee's role in the company, people seem to take those who work more than their responsibilities for granted. The expectation will also create a clear path for workers during review, but we don't seem to have that system figured out yet.
