I have a great deal of autonomy to do what I think needs to be done. I believe this company is very committed to improving lives of those in the LGBTQ+ community. Our longer-term vision isn't as clear as I would like it to be, but I have faith in the current leadership team.

I believe I am paid below market.

I get to mostly be myself. There is minimal pretending.

They're experienced investors and know what to do in the short-term.

I think everyone is well-intended. Most are strong in their functional domain. We just aren't aligned against longer-term goals.
