Being a female I feel like I am treated as being incompetent even though I have done my job for many years. I think HEI is a good company but I don't feel every one is treated equal.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
On their own each one of them is great....together it's a tug-of-war. Always seems like they are fighting the goals of one another
