My experience has been overall positive in the nearly 20 years I've been here. I've seen some very good changes in the management culture. There was a time when there was definitely a bully attitude from the top and demands for immediate solutions were barked out with fury. That has improved greatly

I like that creativity is encouraged and that my opinion matters.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that overall there is good vision amongst the leadership team at iFIT for the direction that we should go as a company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get to work with a very fun, very talented group. We have fun working together on exciting projects and if it has been great to provide opportunities for us to gather in a non-work setting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
one of the best parts of working for iFit is that as an employee I am trusted by my managers to do my job with only general direction from above and a complete lack of micromanagement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
for me, one of the best parts of our benefits package is that medical bills get paid directly by iFit and then I am responsible to reimburse the company for those expenses. it greatly simplifies my life so that I'm not juggling medical bills coming from all sorts of different places.
