My time with iFIT was encouraging. I had hopes to work there for years to come. Abruptly myself, and many others, were let go. There was no warning or compensation offered. They dont care about their employees if over 75 of us are just abruptly let go at once!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They let me, and many others go, at the drop of a hat with no warning. They dont care about their employees or compensating them fairly!
