Everyone in my team is so creative, fun, kind, outgoing, and hard working. It is a perfectly balanced work environment with them!

I didn't feel like I was being interrogated. It was just a conversation about my views, experience, and opinions and theirs as a company.

There is so much trust within the office from the leaders and it is empowering. I want to do good at my job because I know they trust me to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Icon is something that is so important to me. It is super fun and chill, but also encouraging and hard working. It makes coming to work fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy at work when I am contributing positively and when I'm able to joke around with coworkers... going out to lunch and the snacks in the break room help as well ;)
