What makes you most happy at work?

Working with my coworkers while a lunch rush is happening. It really brings us together as a team

What did you like most about the interview process?

I really didn't have much of an interview. I came to work at Ingles when no one wanted to work after COVID so I was pretty much hired on the spot

Less drama from co-workers
