I am currently in school this is the 3rd time working for ingles and employers can't seem to understand that I have a tight schedule to follow. I asked for a day off didn't get it then still called out that day just to get sent home the next day for retaliation.

Listening to people's days off needed.

Not talking about people behind each other's backs

Being respectful, nice, friendly, and willing to help

Deli food is dry and old, not cooked properly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I'm the only one working 1-9 every single weekend
