I have been lucky to have the opportunity for hands on professional and career development in the tech space that I do not feel I would have gotten elsewhere. I work hard and feel like it is noticed and that the company has invested in me in return. Overall I very much enjoy it here.

Health Insurance plan is phenomenal and a huge part of the reason I want to stay long term
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to troubleshoot and problem solve. I really enjoy when I get time to just focus on deep diving into issues and finding solutions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I personally feel there could be a little more patience and consideration for others' time. Everyone seems to want or sometimes even demand immediate attention without considering they are not the only person asking for my time or that I may have critical tasks I would like to focus on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the focus on the humanity of the employees, especially with work that is fully remote where you don't often see people face to face but just as words on a screen. Company understands the importance of a work life balance and supporting the human being doing the work, in my experience.
