Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Highest profit margins in the industry, highest profit per passenger in the industry, but the second lowest paid pilots, lowest paid Floght Attendants, and rock bottom the rest. Greed will take this one down as it is others before it.
