Team work and fairly handed flights to teams.

Everything! They don’t care about employees at all.

Higher pay rate of starting $20.00 an hour.

I do not like anything. I only work there for a paycheck!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
FIRE the GO Manager for starters, make the supervisors actually work and not sit in an office just chatting and writing people up for things they don’t even see.
