it was great, probably the best company culture until the remote work policy changed to a mandatory hybrid forcing employees to be in-person. terrible communication and roll out of the change with little transparency. no trust and confidence in leadership

the. most positive thing WAS remote work. the way leadership handled this, has been terrible.
What makes you most happy at work?
working remote but that was taken away from leadership. remote designated employees now must go into the office.
