I'm really enjoying it. It is about as good as I feel you can expect. I just hope the values that got Kajabi to this place are protected and nurtured and continue as we keep growing and operating into the future.

There is a desire to keep meetings to a minimum.

Working on projects. Solving engineering challenges. Pairing up with teammates.

They seem to actually care about our values and try to pursue and embody them.

Working sessions. Willingness to help. Availability. Openness and honesty. My manager is just fantastic also.

Company values seem to matter. Our slogan "Your knowledge is worth more (on Kajabi)" is great too - I believe in the mission!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All benefit expenses are covered by the company including for all family members and seeding the HSA to cover the family deductible . So rare. Please don't ever change this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open about future plans and steps we are taking to achieve them. They keep re-iterating the values to keep them front-of-mind with the staff. They seem to be generous in taking care of staff (e.g. extra bonus holidays, compensation, performance bonuses, etc).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ALL medical/dental/vision premiums and expenses are paid. Plus the HSA is essentially maxed out for us each year. Please don't ever stop doing this. It is such a unique perk. The salaries seem really competitive. Please stay ahead of the curve on this - it is such a morale drag to be underpaid.
