Been great since I started here. However, the new vision and mission should have a workshop with the staff, otherwise it feels like we are not part of the process as we didn't come up with them. Depts are not embodying them, but that is because there is no buy-in. Also trust with exec's is down.

Only been positive - obviously hiccups along the way, and politics come in to play, but on the whole enjoyable

Their accessibility and open to hear ideas, no matter how out of the box it is

working for the team I do and having the boss that I do - both are awesome
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the years of experience I have and what I offer to this company I am underpaid quite substantially.

That we have each other's back, trustworthy and operate the same way I do - always giving your best and going above and beyond
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing the difference I make, helping others, team interaction, what the company actually does - I get excited about that, being able to seen and heard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is key to allowing exec's to succeed in their role and position, however, we are not given the recognition and matching salary to compliment that synergy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
most importantly they do what they say they are going to do, friendly, approachable, care deeply about the person - not the job title and happy to admit they don't know everything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am referring to only my direct boss / exec leader who is superb in their job, how they interact with me, communication and allowing me to share feedback / ideas outside of my scope of business
