Kajabi is a great place to work. The work is challenging and rewarding because of how close we are to customers. We are a bit siloed in our work though and many seem overworked or stressed by workloads. Need to figure out how to do more quality over quantity, slow down to speed up.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company culture has suffered, and it is driven by the culture/leadership at the exec level. Kajabi has turned into a fear environment fuelled by stress. Want to love working here, but proving challenging. There is a lack of alignment and process in leadership, and thus poor prioritization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are invested in our customers and doing the right thing for them
What makes you most happy at work?
All of the low hanging fruit for us to improve, yet were doing well
