Empathetic manager, great team members who are great individuals and work hard to perform at their best. Open and honest communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and transparent culture, understanding workplace, sometimes work can get a little overwhelming especially when the volume is high but it all gets balanced out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A clear vision for the company, Super knowledgeable in their field, great communication on company strategy and where we are in our journey be it good or not so good.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work I do so I'm happy that I work in a company where I can do that well and see the outcomes so clearly. I'm motivated to progress in my professional career and enjoy learning and growing when I'm able to.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Rooster Scheduling FTW! I didn't have to go back and forth with the recruiter to identify the best times to speak to the interviewers. I was able to see the interviewers calendars and choose what works best for me. This made the whole process hassle free.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package as a whole with my additional perks and benefits. Especially in the India side of the team where I work, the employer's retirement contributions are matched to my own contributions and not deducted from my annual salary which is not seen in most workplaces.
