They are all positive and fair providing good constructive feedback in positive ways. They are also incredibly transparent!

The benefits are wonderful, my dentist even commented he had not seems certain items covered so well by other employers.

Some questions were standard and regular interview questions but there were also a few out of the box questions that gauaged how your thought process worked.
