Solving my client's problems and learning along the way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, flexible work hours, salary, gym reimbursement, 5 and 7 year experiences and more. The most important, I know I can take time to myself when I am burnt out. Kognitiv truly cares about you as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership wants to hear what you have to say, whether you have been with Kognitiv since inception, or if it is your first day. YOU have an idea, YOU have an opinion, YOU have a voice and leadership wants to hear it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way the consultants carry themselves. Even at the busiest of times, my coworkers always seem to have a smile on their faces. I can always ask questions no matter how big or small. We all act like owners through and through.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is eager to help and teach you along the way. There are so many areas of Workday to know... we can't know them all. That's where my team has my back. This goes for all teams in the organization.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone I met with were very friendly, easy to talk to and gave me a good feeling of what it is like to work for Kognitiv. They were very honest as well - it wasn't a sales pitch just to get another candidate.
