What makes you most happy at work?

Through working with our clients, I am able to develop incredible processes, reports, etc that help their workers have a better day.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are open. I mean this in so many ways - open door policy, open to feedback, open and honest, open to growth.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited PTO that comes along with the encouragement to use it! Most workers take 2-3 weeks off each year. Way better than industry standard.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I met with a number of different roles in the company and throughout the process the Recruiter kept me informed. Even if it was just to tell me there wasn't news yet.
