Competitive pay and better insurance coverage

I enjoyed several things about this job, but at the end of the day, not being paid a compensation that made me feel valued and the poorly constructed commission plan--all in the favor of the company, not the individual, is why I left this company.

Overall it has been good, I think they are moving in the right direction but need to get out of their own way and let their people lead.
