I love working here. The pay, the benefits, my team are all great. There are some things about the company as a hole that I don't necessarily agree with, but I just ignore it. They claim to be "inclusive" but I feel that any opinion that's not the majority opinion is not accepted.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing a good job, my coworkers, working from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For my direct leadership team, I feel like they really do care about us as employees and try to take our opinions/feelings/concerns into consideration.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part they're all team players. There are a couple I'd like to see take on more and be more proactive and volunteer to be a load lifter/team player, but we all seem to get along.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance is amazing. I was also given a very nice raise that's comparable to the market average for my position in the area. I appreciate that very much. I love the new benefits they brought on this year as well.
