The collaboration piece. Everyone pivots to help each other when needed and everyone genuinely cares about the wins, no matter how small they may be.

The mentality of people first and the professional development. I feel like my leadership team does a great job of listening to my career goals and enabling me to achieve them.

The people first mentality. Everyone cares about each of us as a person before as an employee. I appreciate this extra step of relationship building and makes the work environment healthy and positive.

Making a difference in people's lives by recruiting them to LegalZoom and showing them what I love. Also my team is incredible and makes the good days great and the harder days better.
