Great culture within my team, but terrible at a corporate level. Salaries are ridiculously low. People stay to put experience on their resumes and then leave as soon as they can.

My immediate team culture is one of great collaboration and constructive candor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss listens, develops and encourages my strategic initiatives. Beyond that, the Senior Executive team is completely out of touch.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was efficient, but thorough and I was provided feedback regarding next steps quickly. I did not feel that I was being strung along without updates.
