Overall, good coworkers from all different departments. However, the management side of my Loblaws is awful. Belittling others for simple mistakes (i.e. not closing properly, or not having certain equipment). Also no paid Overtime.

General friendliness, and our great team planning skills when we're on shift together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, and the ease of meeting new people from different departments and being friends with them easily.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication between me and the hiring manager was amazing. They responded to emails fast, and directly before my in-person interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall, how they let people do their own thing at their own pace. Leaders are not too commanding, and they do not inform you about what tasks you prioritize during shifts (i.e what pallet to work on first).
