My opinion is not a representative of the whole Mars Company. I had only worked in one of Mars sites. Overall things hasn't been smooth sailing in the last 3 years and I feel unsupported. As an associate we are not brought through the journey, our opinion doesn't seem to count
What makes you most happy at work?
Some of the people I worked with are very friendly and genuine
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The newcomers seems to think that they know everything, they didn't seem to be invested enough to learn the rope. Most of them are clock watchers.
