What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

You can be yourself at work, you can take part in different activities like I&D ventures, cookouts, recycling drives etc

Coo0eration and helpful from coworkers.

The 5 Principles are unique to the company and are taken seriously. We don't just hang a bunch of words on the wall. We live by these principles and there are serious consequences for individuals who disregard them. The culture encourages open and direct communications and team-work.

Company culture centers around the fact that Mars is supposed to be a "family", so that is what they push.

Team work & leadership, avoid rework upon things that were not seen on the first time
